Serious weight problem.?
Hi, I’m 13 years old and I weight 140-150, I’m not sure but it’s in that range. I desperately need to loose weight and I’m on the track team so I do exercise but that doesn’t seem to be enough. I need help really badly. I’ve heard of the Acai Berry Diet but I don’t know if that works. Please give me an answer that will help me. Lastly, should I take protein pills and go to a gym?
How long do you exercise? Maybe your taking too many breaks when running in track. You should do cardio 30-60minutes 3-5days a week. Try not to stop that much, that way you will end up getting better and not sweating over little things. (not saying you do)
Also, maybe you might want to actually eat healthy. (not saying that you don’t) But if you eat junk food and all that your bound to not lose weight. Stay away from sodas, diet sodas, vitamin waters, energy drinks, juices. Drink water and a few milk. Not too much milk though. Eat vegetables and fruits. Eat a healthy meal also.
And if you want to tone try to do some strength training, pushups and stuff like that 1-3 days a week.
Try and get yourself a journal so you can keep track on what you eat. Write down everything you eat, you don’t even need to write down how many calories they each have, just write down what it is you ate. Trust me it helps, my friend has been doing it and she lost a pound, but then gained it back and she gave up. (Don’t worry if the pound gains back, weight may vary)
Don’t give up. Don’t! You can have a soda once a week. Or if you really want try to make it once every 2 weeks. But do not not not go dieting and then on one day just pig out on all the junk. Just spread the junk food out, but don’t go eating it every day.
