Has anyone tried the Acai Berry diet?

I seen something about this diet and from what I read its a good diet and everything.. but there are a lot of scams. I havent seen much about this site, acaiberrysite.com.. They sell Acai Zone. I am afraid to put my card information in any of these sites because i’m afaid they are going to automatically bill me every month. Any suggestions? has anyone tried this diet?

Acai berry is a marketing scam. Do not do this by any means. They are jerks that have no respect for the fitness industry. Acai berry is no better than blue- or strawberry. Phytochemicals are in all bright-colored fruit. Acai berry is a scam, people who sell that are suckers that got duped into multi-level marketing and only make money when they scam someone else. If you want to lose weight it is easy….burn more calories than you eat in a day. That’s it. There is no secret potion, pill, powder or superfood. Watch what you eat and count your calories, get moving and burn calories. Easy!

I have heard of soooo many different acai berry supplements and i was wondering which one works the best because i want to get one and i don’t know which one! I have heard of Acai Burn, Pure acai Berry pro, Acai Berry 500, Ultra Acai Berry, Acai berry supreme! Which one?! And where can i get the free trial of that supplement?

One thing that brought my dieting and losing weight out of the plateau I was in so long was the Acai Berry. So I read about the Acai Berry and a colon cleanse diet. And I was wondering if they actaully work? Or is it just another internet scam? lol. I see it in a TON of internet adverts. And it’s tempting when you read the stories, but I want to make sure it’s safe. And does it actaully work?

not really. but you can try an aloe vera cleanse before dieting and it will help a lot. drink just aloe vera pulp juice for two weeks. do not eat anything or drink anything either. just the aloe. it removes the toxins from your body and will help you lose weight when you start dieting

A colon cleanse will make you lose anywhere from about 3-7 lbs. You are not losing fat…just the fecal matter that is compacted in the 30 ft or so of your colon. You WILL feel lighter and your tummy will be flatter, so you might be able to fit into those tight jeans. But this is temporary and as soon as your colon fills up again, the weight will come back.
