i will up the work outs to longer time frame in 1 month up to 30-40 mins each
those smaller times are just to start me off

i will be exercising so my skin wont hang
i’m 18 not 40
vitamins should keep my body working and the cayenne pepper to to boost my metabolism
and no i’m not getting surgery
Yes, but that is very unhealthy. What is going to happen is – at first, you might see some results but your body is going to think it is going into starvation mode and actually try to hold on-to your fat.
Secondly, train muscle groups every second day (some people can train muscle groups once a week but this is only if their using very heavy weights and are more advanced) – when you are training muscles, they aren’t supposed to have some “time” frame for how long you work them out for. You need to do sets and repetitions.
For abs, this is kind of the only exception – it is usually suggested you train to failure. But this is the only body part where this is acceptable! This means, do a set until you’re tired, then do another until your tired, and then another. Finish. For example, your ab workout may look like this:
- Plank: hold it for as long as you can, rest. Do it again. Rest. Do it again. This works your core.
- Air Bike: Do as many as you can till failure. Rest. repeat another 2x. This mainly works your obliques.
As for arms, legs, shoulders – as a beginner, do one set for 10-15 rep’s.
As you get better, try using weights and do two sets 10-15 reps
Advanced, heavier weights, three sets 10-15 reps
Now, I’m guessing your goal is not to build a ton of muscle so I’m not going to get into any advanced detail about other variations of rep’s you can do. But PLEASE do not eat any less than 1200 calories a day! Your body NEEDS nutrients. You will become so unhealthy and your body will be struggling for survival. You will probably develop a lot of problems (dry skin, brittle nails, you’ll feel tired all the time!). There are a lot of delicious ways to get nutrients from fruit and vegetables, stay away from vitamins unless it’s absolutely needed. If you eat healthy + add vitamins, you can actually get poisoned from having too much of a certain vitamin. Some are toxic and damaging to organs if consumed in large amounts.
Just eat healthy, include a good exercise regime and you will look GOOD, even if you don’t get to a size 4 dress. Try to fit cardio in at least 3x a week .. and don’t just be snail walking! Gradually build up to a faster and faster pace. Bike is good too.
